 We were in Raleigh, NC for Mother's Day weekend 2021, and created a feast with Gabe's recipes including Susan's famous baked beans, 12 layer salad and ribs. My brother, Gabe III, and I were together with NC family and had so much fun!

 Mama's Mediterranean featured on roasted chicken and vegetables served by candlelight from loyal Gabe's Gourmet Fanatics customers in New Jersey.

Pasta with red sauce featuring Gabe's Original and Mama's Mediterranean Spices. Mama's was added to the sauce as it simmered and Gabe's Original marinade was added to the finish of the pasta as a topping and was also brushed on the bread loaf before broiling. A completely bold and delicious meal.

 Mediterranean lamb, beef and rice filled grape leaves with Mama's Mediterranean as one of the filling spices. Gabe's Original was the spice added to the water the grape leaves were cooked in. Amazing flavor enhancement to an old country recipe!

 Fanatics in Minneapolis prepared an awesome meal with Mama's! Broiled chicken, bow tie pasta (drizzled with Mama's marinade), rustic pureed roasted garlic and cherry tomato sauce, with boiled and blanched asparagus.
